Floating House on the Thames was a publicity competition house commissioned by AirBnB. The prize was to spend a night inside a 'pixar inspired suburban house' floating on the River Thames.
All elements of this house related to the assignment subject of 'theme park architecture' where the 'architectural experience economy' is exploited by AirBnB its listings.
